The Fountain Creek Ranch Micro Wedding , in Fountain, Colorado

A few months back a fellow photographer friend reached out to me about a micro wedding day The Fountain Creek Ranch was hosting. She asked if I was interested in capturing a number of couples as a package deal being offered. One of these special couples was Ericka and Alfredo. I came early to capture all of Ericka’s little details, starting with her getting ready.

Before the ceremony, I shared a shot of Crown Royal out of coffee mugs with the bride and her girls! A few minutes later, the wedding party and I were jamming out to the bride’s hype song, “Move B****!” It was the perfect way to kick off the party.

After the ceremony, I captured Ericka and Alfredo along with their closest family and friends. The grounds at The Fountain Creek Ranch offer a number of different landscapes and backdrops. It was an absolutely beautiful day to get married!

You can get married under a massive, old growth cottonwood tree, the Rocky Mountains to the west giving off a multitude of hues in the afternoon and evening light. Newly built this year, The Fountain Creek Ranch has a beautiful reception tent complete with corn hole to axe throwing games for your guests. And to top it off, you have the original farmhouse all to yourself to get ready in!
